There is help and we will show you how to relieve your sciatic back pain
This is interesting the way you explain the muscle. why not the simple sport stretch in supine??? it is good to know the new exercise though…. you can also specifically mobilize the sciatic nerve in slump sitting and straightening the knee ,ankle dorsi flex. Amy is quite flexible and she has very good hamstrings, which is not tight. Amy looks pretty too
from the accent I think you guys r american or canadian… others videos where good as well.
Hey don’t think I am critizing… 30secs mobilizin mite irritate the nerve too..
Hi doc!
Im just 20 yrs old and got sciatica at 18! They adviced surgery but i decided against it. Im much better off now just by few exercises. But its been 2 yrs now and i still havnt gone back to feeling no pain at all..i still get it on and off..and still can’t run or sit 90 degrees without any support…my right leg doesn’t straighten out..any more advice? the 2nd exercise u showed me is pretty basic but i cant straighten my leg even a little bit! its pretty frustrating at this point!
Warm to hot showers – 2 times a day.
Pain reliever if needed
Also ibuprofen
Stretching on stairs. Go into the pain then release keeping your leg not quite straight – 2 or 3 times a day.
Also try a new pad for your mattress so it elevates the leg. Adjust as needed and watch for additional pain.
If you are REALLY tight in your hip send me a private message.
